After much prodding, I finally made it to this site! 

So here's the deal.  I enjoy dressing up. More than that, I enjoy making the outfits to dress up in, and I force my daughter to enjoy it with me!   I keep a journal of such things here http://goodgirl73.livejournal.com/.  Please visit!

Just like Caitlin, I too am making a 1570's Venetian dress.  I am not as far along as she is, so a photo will have to wait a while.  You can see the work in progress at my live journal.  I am also making Venetian dresses for two little girls, a pirate outfit for a little boy, and a Halloween costume for my daughter.  The "to do" list never gets shorter, does it?

I have to say, I have yet to develop a persona for the Festival.  I am so bad at these types of things and I am going to try my hand at it with the Venetian garb.  Any ideas are welcome, please, I need them.
